2. Consider the joint adhesion of shoulder and neck, adverse activities, and soreness and discomfort. These conditions can be seen in shoulder periarthritis, cervical spondylosis and other diseases. It is recommended to go to the hospital for examination to eliminate the cause.
3. It is considered that there may be a recent history of shoulder and neck cold due to wind, which makes local blood stagnation unfavorable and pain due to blockage. Hot compress can alleviate these conditions.
